You can create your own response templates adapted to your brand image to reply to your messages.
You just have to follow these steps:
Log into your Partoo account
Click on the ⚙️ icon on the menu bar to the left
Click on Reply templates
Click on Messages (you can also create templates to reply to reviews)
Click on Create a template
Add a title to your template (ex: acknowledgement, opening hours, etc.)
Write your template, you can add tags
Click on Save
That's it! You now have a new template available on Partoo. You can now reply quicker to your messages.
