There are 4 ways to update your information on Partoo:

  • If you don't have an API or FTP but you wish to make a lot of changes, such as changing all your urls, adding a logo to all of your establishment listings or providing all of your SIRET numbers, please contact us via the chat feature: we will send you an extract of the information relating to your establishments in an Excel file similar to the one you completed at the setup stage. All you have to do then is make the desired changes in this Excel file and send it to your Customer Success representative so that the updated information can be incorporated.

  • If you have an API with Partoo, you don't need to do anything: the changes made using your store-locator will automatically be registered.

  • If you have an FTP, you simply need to submit your file. Please contact us via the chat function should you experience any difficulties.

  • If you have fewer than 10 establishments or only a few openings/closures/changes to make to your network, it couldn’t be easier: you can do all of this independently using your interface.
