Set-up of WhatsApp to receive your messages on Partoo

Set up WhatsApp on your Partoo account so that you can easily interact with your clients and prospects

Before getting started: Important information

  • Partoo allows you to manage your WhatsApp Business account, not a personal WhatsApp account.

  • Once it is activated on Partoo, your WhatsApp messages will only be accessible on Partoo, so you will not be able to access them through the WhatsApp application.

Prerequisites

Here are the conditions to be able to manage your messages from Partoo:

  • Having a Facebook page

  • Having a Meta Business Suite account and being an administrator

  • Having your identity verified on Meta Business Suite

  • Have a phone number that will be linked to your WhatsApp account

    • If Your number is already linked to a WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business account. In this case, to set up WhatsApp on Partoo, you will need to dissociate your number from the pre-existing WhatsApp account. For this, there are two options:

How to set up WhatsApp on Partoo

These are the steps you have to follow to set up WhatsApp on Partoo:

  1. Go the Settings of your Partoo account, then click on WhatsApp

  2. Click on "Connection with WhatsApp Business"

  3. A tab will appear inviting you to link our Facebook account or to log into Facebook. Follow the steps without leaving Partoo.

  4. You will be redirected to the Meta Business Suite settings page

  5. If you have multiple Meta Business Suite accounts, select the correct one from the dropdown menu at the top right of the window.

  6. Follow the steps that appear and enter your company name, email address, website, and country of your company, then click on "Next"

  7. If you already have a WhatsApp Business account, select it in the appropriate field. If you want to create a WhatsApp Business account, select "Create a WhatsApp Business account" in the corresponding field, then click on "Next"

  8. If you chose to create a WhatsApp Business account in the previous step, fill in the fields

  9. If you chose to use an existing number in step 3, you will be prompted to enter this phone number and choose a verification method - SMS or phone call

  10. Click on Next

Your WhatsApp account is now set up!🙌

Download your QR code and your WhatsApp contact link and share it with your customers.

You can now download your QR code and a WhatsApp contact link to let your customers know that you can be reached via WhatsApp.

Go to your account's settings, then on the left menu click on WhatsApp.

Click on the phone number you want to share, then you will be able to access your QR code and yout contact link to share with your clients.
