At Partoo, you will have two types of contact persons:

1. Your Customer Success if you have more than 10 locations :

This person within Partoo will help you with your local SEO issues, inform you of our latest innovations, and present the results of our partnership at regular milestones.

2. The Support Team :

The support team will ensure that the distribution of your information runs smoothly. They will solve problems directly with our broadcasting sites and can answer all your questions or specific requests concerning the opening of establishments, integration status, exceptional opening hours, etc.

You can reach them via chat or at support@partoo.fr!

In the context of technical issues (setting up an FTP or an API) or a POC on one of our new products, you may have the chance to meet members of our Tech team or our product team (Sébastien, Savinien...)!
