Enable notifications to be alerted each time you get a new review or message (Android and iOS)

We recommend that you respond as quickly as possible to the reviews you receive. Whether positive or negative, a review should ideally be processed within 72 hours and a message within 24 hours. Your responsiveness will show your customers that their review matters.

Enabling notifications on the mobile app means you will be notified in real-time when a new review or message is received.

👾 How to enable notifications on Android?

Follow these steps if you are using a Samsung, Huawei, or any other phone that uses the Android operating system.

1. Make sure you allow notifications from the Partoo app

  • Open the ‘Settings’ app on your phone

  • Open the notifications section

  • Select the Partoo app

  • Enable notifications for this app if they are disabled

2. Enable notifications from the Partoo app

  • Open the Partoo app

  • Press the ⚙️ icon to the top right of the screen to access the settings

  • Press ‘Notifications’

  • Click on the 'Review' button to be alerted as soon as you receive a new review

🍏 How to enable notifications in iOS

Follow these steps if you use an iPhone or iPad.

1. Make sure your phone allows notifications from the Partoo app

  • Open the 'Settings' app on your phone.

  • Press ‘Notifications’

  • Select the Partoo app

  • Enable the 'Allow notifications' button if it is disabled

2. Enable notifications from the Partoo app

  • Open the Partoo app

  • Press the ⚙️ icon to the top right of the screen to access the settings

  • Press ‘Notifications’

  • Click on the 'Review' button to be alerted as soon as you receive a new review
