The Partoo mobile app allows you to manage all reviews and messages received in a few clicks directly from your smartphone. You can download it by following the steps shown in this article.

As soon as you encounter a technical problem or have a question about one of the mobile application's features, you can contact Partoo support.

Contact the support from the mobile application:

  1. Go to the settings (click on the help assistant icon at the top right of the screen, icon accessible from all pages of the application)

  2. Click on "Support"

  3. Click "Send us a message"

From here you can either select one of the proposed messages if it corresponds to your request, or if not type your message directly

Partoo support (real life people) is open from 9:30am to 6pm CET Monday to Thursday and from 9:30am to 4:30pm CET on Friday. If you write to us outside these hours, we will answer you as soon as we get back.
