How to contact support from the mobile app?

The Partoo mobile app allows you to manage all reviews and messages received in a few clicks directly from your smartphone. You can download it by following the steps shown in this article.

If you encounter any technical problems or have a question about one of the mobile application's features, you can contact Partoo's support.

To contact the support from the mobile application:

  1. Go to the settings (click ⚙️ icon in the top right-hand corner of the home page)

  2. Click on "Chat with an Expert"

  3. Click "Send us a message"

From here, you can either select one of the suggested messages if it matches your request, or type your message directly if non of the suggestions are suitable.

Partoo Support (made up of real humans) is open from 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday and from 9:30am to 4:30pm on Fridays (CET). If you contact us outside these hours, we will get back to you you as soon as we are back online.
