Import your Google Business Profile(s) into Partoo to automatically extract all information (photos, opening hours, address, etc.), publish posts on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and centralise messages from your various platforms from Partoo.

Warning: You can import your Google listing from the mobile app, provided it has already been created and verified. If your listing has not yet been created or if you encounter technical issues (it is suspended, not visible, you are not the owner, etc.), our support team will get back to you.

⚠️ Reviews and photos may take up to 24 hours to appear on the Partoo mobile app after the import.

1. How do I import my Google listings?

  1. Connect to your Google Account: connect to the Google Account from which you manage your Google listing.

  2. Synchronise your Google listing: we'll synchronise the listings associated with your Google Account and connect them to Partoo.

  3. Selecting your listing: it's important to select the listing(s) you've subscribed to.

    There are two possible scenarios:

    • your Google listing does not have an address, go to step 4.

    • If your Google listing does have an address, go directly to step 5.

  4. Adding an address: if one of your listings doesn't have an address and it's in a catchment area, you need to add one before you can import it. This address is useful for Partoo but will not be visible on Google.

  5. Import the file(s): click on the "import" button, and we'll take care of importing all your information (timetables, photos, reviews, etc.).

  6. File(s) imported! You can now edit and manage your listing from the Partoo mobile and web application.

2. How do I import my Facebook pages?

Once you've imported your Google listing(s), you'll be able to import your Facebook Pages.

  1. Connection to Facebook: connect to your Facebook account using your username and password.

  2. Matching your Google listings to your Facebook pages: match the Google listing for the establishment to the correct Facebook page: enter the name of the establishment and then select the Facebook page associated with that establishment.

⚠️ If one of your Google entries cannot be linked to a Facebook page at this stage, you can do so later from your computer.

  3. Selecting the Facebook pages to import: select the Facebook pages of the establishments to be imported, then confirm your choice.

  4. Your Facebook pages are imported!

3. Scenarios you may encounter

Understanding potential scenarios during the import process is crucial. Here are the cases you may encounter, and for which the technical support will get back to you:

  • You subscribed for listing creation? You don't have a listing yet, but you still imported your Google account.

This option is not yet available in the mobile application. However, the Partoo teams will take care of creating your Google listing. It will then appear in the mobile application as soon as it is available.

  • You have one or more listings and, despite importing your Google account, they have not been found (error message).

    There are two options:

    • The account with which you established the connection does not contain any Google records, in which case you can try to connect to another account;

    • The listing(s) in this account do not meet the criteria required for import into the Partoo app (listing not validated, not owned by you).

If the error persists, our teams will be notified and will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • You have one or more listings and, despite importing your Google account, an error occurred, and we could not import them.

Errors can occur when synchronising records on Partoo despite the import steps being followed correctly. In this case, the message 'Import failed, please try again' appears.

You will be taken back to the import selection screen to restart the import. If the error persists, our teams will be notified and will get back to you as soon as possible.
