The Feedback Management solution provides centralised management of customer reviews from its interface. You can respond to your customers manually or by e-mail using the suggested responses provided by AI, directly from your Partoo interface.

How often are reviews retrieved from Feedback Management?

Responses to questionnaires are retrieved continuously. Whenever a client responds to a survey and agrees to be contacted, the received responses are centralized on Partoo.

View the responses for each of your customers on the different questions asked on the ‘Customer Experience’ page in the ‘Customer Opinion’ tab.

You can create your own questionnaires and configure the way they are sent according to your needs. Our Customer Success Manager team will help you find the best strategy to adopt. Here is an article on best practice for successful questionnaires.

How do I respond to my feedback from Feedback Management?

  1. Go to the ‘Customer Experience’ tab, then ‘Customer Reviews’. All the reviews collected are centralised there.

  2. Filter by type of content ‘Opinion’ or ‘Survey’. You have 2 options for responding:

    • manually;

    • with suggested answers provided by AI with 3 editable options.

  3. The answers will be e-mailed to your customers.
