If you wish to integrate Partoo Chat into your PrestaShop website, simply follow these steps:
make sure you have your PrestaShop login credentials
download the Partoo Chat module provided by our team
follow the following steps:
1. Log in to your PrestaShop account
Enter your login credentials to access your account.
2. Click on Modules > Module Manager in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on "Upload a module" and select the module your downloaded. Do not unzip the file.
4. Click on "Configure"
5. Configure Partoo Chat by filling in the required fields. Some fields are optional and allow you to further customise the module.
From the script, retrieve the values in quotes to complete the fields:
Token: value from the script's
idCountry: value from the script's
countryPolicy URL: value from the script's
policy-urlColor (optional): value from the script's
colorIcon (optional) : value from the script's
icon
6. And you're all set, the module is now ready! 🥳
7. To modify the settings later, go to the Module Manager. Click on "Configure" in the Partoo Chat block
