Activate automatic tagging with Review Management +

If you’ve subscribed to Review Management +, the premium tier of Review Management, you have access to automatic review tagging.

AI categorizes your reviews automatically (by theme, sentiment, etc.) for in‑depth analysis and a better understanding of your customers’ expectations—no manual intervention required.

To activate the feature:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙️

  2. Open “Reviews,” then the “Tags” tab, and click “Auto Tags

  3. Switch the automatic tagging feature from “Paused” to “Active

  4. Select the tags you want to use:

    • Predefined and recommended tags by Partoo (in blue): tested by our teams and automatically translated in the interface based on the user’s language.

    • Custom tags (in orange): you can create tags tailored to your specific industry.

      • If you choose to add your own tags, avoid using abbreviations or overly technical terms. Instead, opt for neutral, easy-to-understand language.

      • Please note that custom tags are not translated automatically — you will need to enter them directly in the language you want all users to see.

  5. Set the maximum number of tags per review (we recommend no more than three for optimal analysis)

  6. Click “Save.”
