1. What is Review Management +?
Review Management + is the premium tier of Review Management. It enables you to analyze your customer reviews in greater depth and save time through automation and the personalization of key actions.
It is built on 4 AI‑powered premium features, designed to improve your customer understanding, optimize your responses, and strengthen your e‑reputation.
These 4 features (detailed below) are in addition to those already available in the standard Review Management plan.
If you have any questions about the features described here, our team is available via the chat widget at the bottom right! 😇
2. What are the four features of Review Management +?
Automatic review tagging: AI automatically categorizes your reviews (by theme, sentiment, etc.) for deep analysis and a better understanding of your customers’ expectations—no manual intervention required.
Retroactive tagging: apply the AI‑driven tagging system to up to 24 months of past reviews, so you never lose insights from your historical data.
AI‑powered personalized reply suggestions: Customize your AI agent’s prompt to better reflect your brand’s tone and communication style.
Multiple configurations for auto‑responses to reviews without comments: set up and customize multiple auto‑reply rules by location or group of locations, ensuring each interaction is tailored to your brands, venue types, or geographic areas.
3. What are the benefits of Review Management +?
Save time and boost efficiency: automate manual tasks (tagging, replies), freeing your teams to focus on higher‑value activities and increasing overall productivity.
Engage smarter with your clients: leverage intelligent response assistants to streamline review management while personalizing every interaction.
Prioritize what matters: gain clear, precise insights and rely on detailed trend analyses to adjust priorities and build a strategy aligned with your customers’ expectations.
4. How does it work?
4.1 Activate automatic tagging
Go to Settings ⚙️
Open “Reviews,” then the “Tags” tab, and click “Auto Tags”
Switch the automatic tagging feature from “Paused” to “Active”
Select the tags you want to use:
Predefined and recommended tags by Partoo (in blue): tested by our teams and automatically translated in the interface based on the user’s language.
Custom tags (in orange): you can create tags tailored to your specific industry.
If you choose to add your own tags, avoid using abbreviations or overly technical terms. Instead, opt for neutral, easy-to-understand language.
Please note that custom tags are not translated automatically — you will need to enter them directly in the language you want all users to see.
Set the maximum number of tags per review (we recommend no more than three for optimal analysis)
Click “Save.”
4.2 Enable retroactive tagging
Once your automatic tags are configured, here’s how to enable retroactive tagging:
In Settings ⚙️, under the “Tags” tab, click “Retroactivity”
Select the locations on which to apply retroactive tagging
Choose whether to keep or replace existing tags
Click “Start Retroactive Tagging”
Enter your email address and confirm
The process can take up to 24 hours; you’ll be notified by email when it’s complete
You may run retroactive tagging up to three times
4.3 Customize your AI agent’s prompt
With Review Management +, you can take it a step further by customizing your AI agent’s prompt so that it adopts your tone and communication style when responding to your customers.
There is one prerequisite before proceeding with prompt customization: first use the AI suggestions for several weeks to identify areas for improvement
Then if you want, contact your account manager to customize the prompt
4.4 Configure auto‑responses for reviews without comments with Review Management +
With Review Management +, you can set up multiple customized auto‑reply rules.
For example, you can tailor one auto‑reply for a specific geographic area and another for a specific type of establishment.
From the Reviews page, go to Settings ⚙️
Click “Auto Replies,” then choose “Reviews without Comments”
Click “Create New Rule”
Specify whether the rule applies to a single establishment, a group of establishments, or the entire organization
Select the review types (positive, negative, neutral) to which the rule applies
Choose the reply templates to use automatically
Click “Save”
Repeat as needed to create multiple rules.
5. What you need to know to activate Review Management +
Review Management + is enabled for your entire organization; you cannot disable it for individual establishment.
Premium features cannot be toggled on or off individually, but you simply choose not to configure any feature you do not wish to use.
