The Visibility Analytics interface allows Partoo users to follow the statistics of their Google Business Profiles in real-time.
Here is the information presented on this interface:
The number of queries: number of queries where your listings come up and its detail by keyword.
The number of views of your listings: Views from a computer or from a smartphone, divided between Google Maps and Google search.
Customer actions on your listings: Website clicks, phone calls, directions requests.
These data are presented in two places on this interface:
The top part of the page presents the global data for the selected period as follows
The lower part of the page shows the evolution of the data over the selected period in the form of graphs. You can choose to display these graphs by year, month or day (choices vary depending on the filtered period).
1. The number of queries
The queries represent the number of times your businesses appeared in Google search results during the month.
These queries are calculated based on the keywords users entered to search for your businesses.
💡 Google only counts one keyword per user per business.
For example, if a user searched for 'Peugeot Villeneuve-d’Ascq' to find the listing of your business in Villeneuve-d’Ascq, it will only be counted once during the month, even if the user looks multiple times with the same keyword within the month.
The Queries curve shows the evolution of these values over time for the selected period.
This data is provided between the 5th and 10th of the month for the previous month, meaning you will receive the queries for April between May 5th and 10th.
2. The number of views
Views represent the number of times your listings were actually seen by users. This means that users, after having your listing appear in Google search results, decided to click on it.
Views are counted on a daily basis, meaning that if the same user views one of your listings multiple times in a single day, Google will only count the first view.
However, if this action is repeated the following day, it will be counted again for that day.
It should be noted that Google provides this data daily, but it becomes more accurate from the 5th day of the current month.
3. The number of actions
Actions represent different activities that users can perform on your Google listings such as website clicks, phone calls, and direction requests:
Website clicks are daily data counted once per day per business and per user. Thus, if a user clicks on your website link from your Google listing multiple times in a single day, the action will be counted only once. If the action is performed again the following day, it will be counted again for that entire day.
Phone calls are daily data counted once per day per business and per user. Thus, if a user calls you from your Google listing multiple times in a single day, the action will be counted only once. If the action is performed again the following day, it will be counted again for that entire day.
Direction requests are actions counted individually. This means that if a user clicks on the directions link on your Google listing multiple times in a single day, each instance will be counted separately.
As with views, the actions become more accurate from the 5th day of the current month.
4. Export your data
