The Visibility Analytics dashboard allows Partoo users to track performance of their Google Business Profile listings.

On this section, 3 key indicators are available:

  • Queries: number of discovery and branded searches, as well as the list of keywords on which your listings appeared.

  • Views: number of views on your listings on desktop and mobile, split between Google Maps and Google Search.

  • Actions from clients: clicks to the website, calls and direction requests.

1. How to use filters

You can customise how your data is displayed using the filters at the top of the page:

  • Businesses: select one or more businesses from your network.

  • Period: select the period you wish to analyse (by default, the current year).

  • Compare to: see the evolution of your indicators in comparison with a previous time frame (month, quarter, or year).

💡 By default, the data is displayed over a rolling 12 months and compared with the previous 12 months.

2. How is the analytics page structured?

The dashboard consists of two sections:

1) Overview cards show the metrics for each indicator:

  • Totals for the selected period

  • Change compared with the previous period (increase or decrease in %)

  • Breakdown by channel or medium

2) Detailed dashboards display how data evolves over time and also provide internal rankings of your businesses.

You can access an overview of one of the three KPIs (Queries, Views, Actions) or explore a detailed view of their sub-indicators (for example: Queries > Keywords).

3. What are the queries?

Queries correspond to the number of times your business showed up in Google results after a user performed a search.

These queries are counted based on the keywords entered by users.

💡Google counts only one keyword per user and per business.

Example:

If a user types “Peugeot Bristol” to find your business, this will be counted only once, even if the same user performs the same search multiple times during the month.

The evolution curve allows to visualise the trend in searches over the selected period, with the option to compare it to the previous period.

📅 Search data is updated monthly and becomes available between the 5th and the 10th of the following month (e.g.: April data is available between May 5 and 10).

4. What are the views?

Views represent the number of times your listings were displayed to users in Google Search results or on Google Maps.

They are regrouped by device type (desktop, mobile) and by channel (Google Search/Google Maps).

Views are counted per day and per user:

  • If a user visits the same listing multiple times in a single day, only one view is counted.

  • If the same action is repeated the next day, a new view is recorded.

This data is updated daily in Partoo, but Google may apply adjustments during the first few days of the month.

Reported numbers are generally reliable starting from the 5th of the current month.

5. What are the actions?

Actions include all interactions performed by users on your Google Business Profile listings:

  • Website visits
Counted once per day and per user. Multiple clicks on the same day are counted only once.

  • Calls
Counted the same way as website clicks (once per day and per user).

  • Direction requests
Counted individually: each click on the “Directions” button is recorded, even if the action is repeated several times in the same day.

📅 As with views, action data is updated daily and becomes reliable starting from the 5th day of the current month.

6. How to export my data
