The Visibility Analytics interface allows Partoo users to follow the statistics of their Google Business Profiles in real-time.

Here is the information presented on this interface:

  • Types of searches for your business: number of queries where your listings come up and its detail by keyword.

  • The number of views of your listings: Views from a computer or from a smartphone, divided between Google Maps and Google search.

  • Customer actions on your listings: Website clicks, phone calls, directions requests.

These data are presented in two places on this interface:

  1. The top part of the page presents the global data for the selected period as follows

  2. The lower part of the page shows the evolution of the data over the selected period in the form of graphs. You can choose to display these graphs by year, month or day (choices vary depending on the filtered period).

1. Types of queries

At the top of the page, the Queries insert shows :

  1. The total number of queries for which your business' listing appeared over the selected period of time.

  2. The keywords used to find your business and the volume of searches associated.

The Queries curve shows the evolution of these values over time for the selected period.

2. Number of views of your establishments

The Views insert at the top of the page shows :

  1. The total number of views of your profiles over the selected period.

  2. The evolution of the total number of views compared to the previous period (For example, if the period studied is from 15 to 20 November, the comparison will be made with the statistics from 9 to 14 November).

  3. The number of views in the Google search & in Google Maps.

The curve shows the evolution of these values over time for the selected period.

3. Number of actions taken on your listings

The Actions insert at the top of the page shows :

  1. The total number of actions taken on your cards over the selected period.

  2. The evolution of the total number of actions compared to the previous period (For example, if the period studied is from 15 to 20 November, the comparison will be made with the statistics from 9 to 14 November).

  3. The number of clicks on the website, phone calls and requests for directions made on your establishments' profile.

The actions curve shows the evolution of these values over time for the selected period.

4. Export your data

You can export your data, and thus access these detailed statistics by day and by establishment.

To download your statistics, click on "Export data" at the top right of the page.
