How do I create a user on Partoo ?

Invite as many users as you wish to manage your information on Partoo

You can create users in just a few clicks directly from the Partoo application. Here's how to do it:

  1. Login to your Partoo account

  2. Click on the avatar button at the top right of the page

  3. Select 'Settings', then on Team and Organisation,

  4. Click on 'Create a user'

  5. Enter the details of the user you wish to create

  6. Select the businesses that the user will be able to manage

  7. Associate the user with the group(s) that he/she will be able to manage

  8. Select 'Send an e-mail invitation'

  9. Finalise by clicking on the 'Create user' button

  10. The user will then receive an email inviting him/her to configure his/her password on Partoo. 🚨 Please note that the invitation expires after 72 hours. Remember to check the spam folder if you don't receive the email 🚨
