View and correct businesses “to be configured” from Partoo and improve the visibility of your businesses/establishments
What is the status “to be configured” ?
"To be configured" is a status visible on the “Listing” tab under the page “Presence”. It indicates that the business/establishment associated with this status requires an intervention/action from the user to finalize the distribution/diffusion: add information needed for the platform, link an account, etc...
This status is represented on the application by an orange exclamation point, visible on the broadcast page and on the tabs of the editing interface:

How to correct the establishments with the status "To be configured"?
If you manage several establishments :
Go to the listings tab and click on a partner which requires configurations
The list of establishments requiring configuration will appear under the partner.
If you manage an establishment :
Go to the listings page; platforms that require configuration are directly visible on the page.
There are three types of configurations required:
1 - Connection required: Represented by the message "Connect".
In order to be able to update the information in your Google My Business and Facebook listings from the Partoo platform, it is necessary to link these listings to your Partoo account; we refer to it as the "Partner Connection".
Here are the steps to be followed to get the information :
Click on the "Connect" button at the end of the line for the establishment concerned
Then search for the establishment to connect to Google or Facebook.
Click on "Connect a plug".
Search for the Google My Business or Facebook listing for the establishment on Partoo and select it.
Then click on "Connect and update".

2 - Configurations required by Partoo : Represented by the "?" sign.
In this case, you don't have to do anything, the system requirements will be corrected within a week. If this is not the case, contact our team by clicking on the blue bubble at the bottom right.
3 - Missing or erroneous information: Represented by the sign "🖊 ".
This sign means that the information required to broadcast about the partner is missing or erroneous.
Click on pen at the end of the line concerned
You are then redirected to the page where you can edit your information.
The fields to be configured appear in orange on the interface and the tabs containing a field to be configured appear with the "!" sign surrounded by an orange dot.
Complete / correct these orange fields and check all the tabs to make sure you haven't forgotten anything.
Click on "Save".
In addition to that, below each field listed as “to be configured” appears the list of platforms which the information corresponds to.
