How to activate notifications from your Partoo account?
Just follow these steps:
Log in to your Partoo account
Click on the bubble icon in the menu
Go to the Messages section
If you have a message, reply to it
Once the message is sent, this information will appear ⬇️
5. Click on Allow Notifications
Once you have accepted notifications, you must allow the website to receive notifications.
This message varies depending on your browser. (Below, pop up on Safari for example)
Once you have validated the authorizations, you will be alerted when you receive a message.
If you do not receive these two pop-ups, you need to go to your computer settings to enable them.
How to enable notifications on Mac?
Follow these steps:
Go to your Mac's settings.
Search for "Notification" in the search bar
Select your browser
Click on "allow notifications".
Select "banners" to receive notifications at the top right of your screen
Once these steps are completed, you will receive notifications as soon as you receive a message.
How to activate notifications on Windows?
Follow these steps:
Select Start
Then select Settings
Go to System--> Notifications
Enable notifications
Choose if you want banners, sounds etc
Once these steps are done, you will receive a notification when you receive a new message.
⚠️ To properly receive notifications, the browser must remain open (the Partoo tab can be closed)
