You can access the chat settings from the Messages interface in your account.

1. How do I edit my welcome and offline messages?
You just need to follow these steps:
Log into your account
Access your "Settings" at the bottom left or by clicking on your Avatar at the top left of the homepage and then select "Messages"
In the submenu, click on "Automations" then on "Conversations starters" and finally click on "Create a conversation Starter".
Select the business whose information you want to edit welcome and/ or offline messages.
Under the section "Start the discussion 👋", you will find the section "Welcome message" which you can edit.
Under the section "Reassure your customers in case of absence 📆", you will find the section "Offline message" which you can edit.
Edit your welcome and offline messages in the text box.
You can see your welcome message on the preview on the right of the screen
Click on 'Save'
If you wish to do the same on another business, you will need to repeat these actions on a different business.
2. How do I edit my chat hours?
The chat hours are defined by your opening hours by default.
To customize your chat hours:
Log into your account
Access your "Settings" at the bottom left or by clicking on your Avatar at the top left of the homepage.
Select "Messages" and then "Automations".
Select "Conversations starters", then select the business whose information you want to edit chat hours.
Under the section "Customize your chat times 🕐", indicate the chat hours
Click on "Save".
