You can access the chat settings from the Messages interface in your account.

1. How do I edit my welcome and offline messages?
You just need to follow these steps:
Log into your account
Click on the avatar button at the top right of the page
Select 'Settings', then 'Messages'
Select 'Chat preferences, then click on the business whose information you want to edit
Go to the bottom of the page
Edit your welcome and offline messages in the text box. (Max 800 characters). You can see your welcome message on the preview on the right of the screen
Click on 'Save'
If you wish to do the same on another business, you will need to repeat these actions on a different business.
2. How do I edit my chat hours?
The chat hours are defined by your opening hours by default.
To customize your chat hours:
Click on the avatar button at the top right of the page
Select 'Settings', then 'Messages'
Select 'Chat preferences, then 'Customize your chat hours'
Indicate the chat hours
Click on 'Save'
