If your professional Instagram account is already connected to Facebook, go to your Instagram account and allow Partoo to access those messages, so that you will receive messages on Partoo. All you have to do is follow the steps below.

From the Instagram app:

1. Login to your professional account

2. Click on the 3 bars at the top right of your profile

3. Click on Settings

4. Click on Privacy

5. Clock on Messages

6. Activate the access permission for messages

Once you have done this, all you have to do is connect or reconnect your Facebook account to accept the permissions needed to receive Instagram messages on Partoo.
