Thanks to this feature, you can now assign a conversation to the team member most suitable to answer, whether it's due to their expertise, skills or availability.
How to assign a conversation?
Note: your company must be subscribed to Messages ✅
Go to 'Messages'.
Click on the button 'Unassigned' at the top right of the conversation to assign it to a user.
If you are an administrator: you can assign the conversation to all users within your network who have access to the point of sale that received the message.
If you are a manager: you can assign the conversation to all users within your network who have access to the point of sale that received the message.
Once the user is selected, the conversation will be assigned to him/her 🙌
