Partoo allows you to provide special opening hours on Google My Business. This is done directly via the Partoo interface for each of your businesses.

There are two potential situations that might arise:

  • Days when there are changes to your usual opening hours (unusually early/late opening/closing, change of hours, etc.).

  • Bank holidays are identified by Google even if your opening hours do not change.

Adding these special opening hours can be very practical as it allows you to schedule your opening and closing times in advance.

In the case of bank holidays, we recommend that you make the changes in advance: if you do not provide any information, an orange warning will be displayed on your Google My Business listing as shown below: ‘Easter Monday: these hours are subject to change’. In such cases, it is impossible for the Internet user to know whether or not your business is open!

If you do enter special opening hours, even if your usual hours have not changed, the following will appear in green: ‘Bank holiday hours’. Internet users can then be sure that the opening hours shown are correct
