If you’ve subscribed to Review Management+, our premium review management offer, you now have access to qualitative review analysis: a powerful tool to truly understand what lies behind your customer feedback.

Make the most of your reviews' semantic value with AI-generated summaries of your strengths and weaknesses, sorted by theme and illustrated with real customer quotes.

1. Configure the Analysis

  1. To launch your analysis, first you have to:

    • Activate automatic tagging

    • Activate retroactive tagging on the last 24 months of reviews

  2. Then go to your settings ⚙️

  3. Go to "Statistics" , then click on "Review analysis".

  4. Choose how you want the global analysis to be carried out:

    • At the organisation level: the analysis will be updated quarterly based on all reviews received within the organisation.

    • By section groups: the analysis will be updated quarterly based on reviews received for each group within the selected section.

    • Analyses for individual locations will still remain available regardless of your selection.

  5. Then, choose the language in which the analysis should be displayed:

    • If you selected an organisation-level analysis, it will be displayed in your organisation’s default language.

    • If you selected a section-level group analysis, you can assign a different display language for each group.

2. Launch the Analysis

Once your configuration is complete, you can launch the analysis:

  1. Click "Save and launch analysis"

  2. Tick the confirmation box and then click "Launch analysis"

3. Explore the Analysis

Your results will be available under a new page called "Qualitative analysis" within the "Statistics" section in Partoo.

  1. Use the selector to switch between a global or local analysis.

  2. If available, select the group or location from the dropdown list (the first one is selected by default).

  3. Analysis period: choose the analysis date from the dropdown. The analysis will automatically cover the last 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the review volume.

Once generated, your analysis will include:

  • 3 key strengths and 3 areas for improvement based on your tags (same as the quadrant chart available in the "Reviews” tab)

  • An AI-generated summary of customer perception per tag

  • The percentage of positive or negative reviews associated with each tag

Explore a Global Analysis

👉 If you’re in a global view (organisation or group level), clicking on a card (strength or area for improvement) opens a more detailed view including:

  • The tag title

  • Key indicators:

    • Number of reviews associated with this tag

    • Average rating for the tag

    • % of locations impacted positively or negatively

  • Up to 4 sub-themes per tag, including:

    • Number of reviews associated

    • AI-written summary

    • Up to 3 customer quotes illustrating the sub-theme

Explore a Local Analysis

👉 If you’re in a local view (default for business managers), clicking on a card opens a similar view, including:

  • The tag title

  • Key indicators:

    • Number of reviews associated with this tag

    • Average rating for the tag

  • One AI-written summary per tag

  • Up to 3 customer quotes per tag

Note: this view does not include sub-themes.

4. Share the Results of the analysis

The analysis is automatically updated every quarter, with no manual action required.

You can take screenshots or copy insights to share in internal reports or during meetings.

💡 A great way to better understand what your customers are really feeling and share that knowledge with your teams, without spending hours on it!
