Why has the amount changed compared to last year?
The amount changes based on the number of active establishments and subscribed products, in accordance with your Contract.
In case of an unexpected discrepancy, first compare with the export of active establishments, then report the difference observed to us.
What is the due date of my invoice?
The payment deadline is indicated on the invoice and in the accompanying email.
