Review Management is a tool that allows you to process and analyze your Google Business Profile, Facebook & Trip Advisor reviews through a centralized management interface. It is available both on the web app and on the mobile app.

  • Respond to your reviews through a centralised interface accessible on desktop and mobile: filter by rating, date, establishment, or status (processed/unprocessed)

  • Analyse your Google reviews globally or filter by the location, by date or by tag and access the corresponding statistics:

    • Online reputation: track the progress in the number of reviews, the average score or distribution of ratings over a selected period
