In this article, you'll find the steps to set up Partoo Chat on your website.
2. Click on Add Elements
3. Click on the Embed Code, then select Embed HTML
4. Paste the script sent by Partoo into the designated area, then click on Update
You should have received a script by email. If you can't find it, you can contact Partoo support.
5. Move the chat bubble to your preferred location on your site
To select the bubble, just click on it.
6. Lock the position of the cat bubble on your site
Right-click on the bubble and select Fix position. This action ensures that the chat bubble stays where you placed it.
Make sure to enable the Show on All Pages button so the Partoo Chat appears on every page of your website.
7. Adjust the web chat size W: 600 and H: 1000 (maximum height of your screen)
Ensure the widget container (the blue box in the editing page) is at least W: 600 and H: 1000 to make sure the open chat window is fully visible.
8. Once the Partoo Chat is installed, click on Save
⚠️ Due to WIX's functionality, the Partoo Chat will not appear as floating chat on mobile view. You will need to fix the chat to a specific location on the mobile version of the website for it to be visible.
Configure Partoo Chat on mobile view
1. To configure Partoo Chat on mobile, simply click the phone icon at the top left
2. To move the chat, click on the settings icon
⚠ Please note that the settings for mobile are different from desktop, and you cannot fix the chat position on mobile.
3. Choose where you'd like to place the chat
4. Click Publish once everything is set up
