How to Set Up Partoo Chat
Go to your Partoo account settings, then click on "Messages" followed by "Widget"
Start by selecting the brand you want to connect to Partoo Chat.
If you haven’t created a brand yet, you can do so here by clicking "create a brand." Enter your brand name and select the country.
💡 The Partoo Chat must be linked to a brand.
The brand serves as the showcase for all associated points of sale, rather than a specific local business.
An organization can include multiple brands.
E.g. Partoo is the brand / Partoo Liverpool is the local business of Liverpool.
3. Choose the channels you want to integrate with Partoo Chat. (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Live Chat)
4. Specify the website(s) where you want the Partoo Chat widget to appear. (The same Partoo Chat can be installed on multiple websites.)
5. You have the option to customize the widget by choosing its avatar, color, icon, and welcome message.
6. Click on Create Partoo Chat, then copy the script intended for your website.
Your Partoo Chat is now configured on Partoo and ready to be added to your website 🙌
