The AI Assistant is a tool that uses generative Artificial Intelligence to provide you with relevant response suggestions for your reviews.
What is generative AI?
Generative AI is a branch of artificial intelligence that enables the autonomous production of content from existing information. It mimics human creativity and can generate various types of content such as text, music, or images.
It is on this technology that the AI Assistant of Partoo is based.
How to use the AI Assistant?
If you have subscribed to the Review Management, you have access to this feature by default. Go to the 'Reviews' tab, then click on 'Voice of the customers'.
Click on the button 'Generate a response by Artificial Intelligence' that appears below all your reviews with comment that have not been answered yet.
Once the AI generates the response suggestion, read it. If necessary, you can edit it manually by clicking directly on the text.
If you don't like the suggestion, you can generate up to other two by clicking on the right arrow < “1/3” > below the suggested reply.
If none of the suggestions are suitable for the review, you can report it by clicking on the flag below the suggested reply.
Answer the review by clicking on "Send". The name of the person who publishes it will appear above the answer.
