What is Local Routing?

Local routing allows you to automatically redirect WhatsApp conversations to the relevant location in your network that the request is addressed to.
This feature helps direct leads to your locations and increase your chances of converting them.

How to enable local routing

To receive messages on Partoo, you must have your WhatsApp account set up. You can find the instructions in this article.
Activating the feature
Go to your Partoo account settings and click on "Messages", then on "Local Routing".
Click the button to enable local routing for WhatsApp messages.
Local routing is now activated on Partoo! 🙌
