From Partoo, you can also share post templates with your local teams so they can relay them on their own social media channels.
This feature allows you to maintain control over your communication while ensuring a consistent brand image:
Create content centrally using post templates for your local locations.
Empower your local teams to publish aligned posts across their various platforms.
This also helps supply a variety of ready-to-use content that your network can easily share.
Create a post template
The post template is created by the administrator and shared with local teams (business managers, group managers).
From the 'Posts' tab, click on '+ New' at the top right of your page.
Then click on 'Template'.
As with creating standard posts, follow the steps outlined in the article « How to manage my posts with Partoo »: select the social media platforms and locations, then add your photos and content.
During the template validation step, set an expiry date for the post. Select the desired date - after this date, the template will expire if it hasn’t been published by your local teams.
Tick the box 'Notify local users by email that a new post is ready for approval' to ensure that store managers are properly informed about the shared template.
Click 'Share template'.
Publish a post template from Partoo
Once the post template has been created, an email notification is sent to the business managers of the locations concerned.
From the email, click the 'View new templates' button to be redirected to the post templates awaiting publication.
In the 'Posts' tab, you will see the template(s) shared by your head office. These can be found under the 'To publish' filter.
Click the three dots at the top right of the post, then select 'Edit' to access the post details.
Review each one of the following elements : social media platforms, photos, and content, then click 'Next' to proceed through each step.
Schedule the post by selecting a future publication date, or publish it immediately by clicking 'Publish'. Please note: this date cannot be later than the expiry date set by head office.
You will find your post under the 'Published' or 'Pending' filters, depending on the option you chose.
