There are three roles for users of the Partoo application:
Administrator,
Group manager,
Business manager.
Each of these roles is associated with different rights, as specified below.
Features not covered in this article are common to all roles.
The 'Administrator' role
The 'Administrator' role is suitable for the main user of Partoo; it gives access to all the features of the application (a marketing director, for example), as well as the different sections and groups in which the businesses appear:
Access to all subscribed products;
Creation of businesses, groups and sections;
Editing information;
Creation of users;
Management of user editing rights;
Creation of response templates in Review Management.
The 'Group Manager' role
The 'Group Manager' role is for a user who can manage a range of businesses included in one or more groups, depending on the access granted by the administrator:
Access to all subscribed products;
Creation of businesses within the group(s) to which they belong;
Editing information (depending on the editing rights defined by the administrator);
Create users within the group(s).
The 'Business Manager' role
The 'Business Manager' role is suitable for a user who can only manage the business(es) to which they have been assigned :
Access only to products assigned by the admin who created him;
Information edition (Depending on the level of access and right defined by the admin).
⚠️ Selecting products when creating access to a user does not completely block access to the various products subscribed to by the organisation. To restrict the management of certain fields/products, edit rights must be defined for the business manager.
