The Partoo Presence Management interface is divided into two sections. The upper section provides a summary of the distribution status. Below that, you can see the integration details, partner by partner.

Summary of Integration Status

The diagram offers a clear and quick overview of the overall distribution status of your locations. You can see an explanation of the statuses by hovering your cursor over different sections of the circle.

Integration Status Details

The lower section provides a breakdown of your locations' integration status across our various distribution sites. This allows you to see exactly which locations are properly distributed and on which platform(s).

When you click on one of the distribution sites, a list of all your locations will appear, showing the status of their distribution on the selected platform.

You can select specific locations to monitor the distribution status of one or more of your locations across our various distribution sites. Follow these steps:

  1. Click on "All My Locations."

  2. Select one or more locations that you want to monitor.

  3. Click "Confirm."

Finally, if you have selected only one location, a small icon may appear to the right of each distribution site. This icon is a link to the URL of your location’s listing on the relevant platform.

Not all links may be available, but that doesn’t mean the listing doesn’t exist 😄 This could be due to:

  • A platform that doesn’t provide a link, such as the Here GPS system or the Factual database.

  • Our algorithm hasn’t yet had time to update the link: in this case, you can find the listing by searching on Google or the specific site.

  • A required configuration or error that temporarily prevents distribution.
