Partoo’s Feedback Management feature allows you to centrally manage all the satisfaction surveys sent to your customers.
From the Partoo mobile app, you can access every survey response, filter them by location and/or status (replied / not replied), and reply easily.
How to reply to your surveys from the mobile app
Access your satisfaction surveys
From the “Reviews” tab of your application, you can open the survey response management interface. On this page, you’ll find all received surveys sorted in chronological order.Filter your surveys (optional): to make management easier, you can apply filters by location, if you manage several, or by status ("replied" = surveys you have already replied to and "not replied" = surveys still pending).
Two ways to reply to surveys:
Write your reply manually: tap the survey you want to reply to, type your message, and press “Post a reply”.
Use AI assistance: tap “AI Assistant” ✨ to generate suggested responses using artificial intelligence.
Your customers will receive your reply by email and can answer back directly to the email address of the corresponding location or your head office.
