The Google Action Required page lists all your locations whose Google Business Profile has a blocking status.
These statuses prevent your information from being fully displayed on Google (address, hours, photos, posts, etc.).
To ensure your listings are published and visible on Google, it is essential to fix the issues indicated.
How to access this page ?
- Go to your Partoo account settings and click on "Platforms"; 
- In the "Required actions" section, click "Google"; 
You can also access this page via a location listing by clicking on the listing’s status. You will then be redirected directly to the resolution corresponding to that listing.
By removing the location name from the filters, you will see the full list of listings that require action.
Why do my listings appear here?
Listings shown on this page have an anomaly detected by Google, requiring manual intervention.
Each status corresponds to a different situation. You can identify the type of problem in the “Status” column.
Possible Statuses
- Duplicate listing 
Your listing conflicts with another similar listing on Google.

- Disabled listing 
Your listing has been disabled by Google, often due to non-compliance with business representation policies.

What to do next ?
For each listed listing:
- Click the “Fix” or “Get Verified” button to access the corresponding resolution step. 
- Follow the instructions provided in the article linked to your status. 
- Once the issue is fixed, your listing will be automatically republished and visible on Google. 
💡 Good to know: The statuses visible on the Google Action Required page are directly synchronized with Google’s data.
Any modification or resolution made on your Google Business Profile will be reflected in Partoo at the next synchronization, which occurs every 7 days.
