Discover the status of your Google Business Profile listings
To find out the different statuses of your Google Business Profile listings:
Log into your Partoo account
Go to “Settings”
Click on the submenu “Platforms” and then on “Connections”
You will find the list of the listings of your points of sale and their statuses (shown in colour).
Interpret your different statuses
Refer to the table below for the meaning of the status and what you can do to change it:
Status Google | Meaning | What to do? |
Verified | Your listing has been verified by Google. It’s visible on Google Maps and it appears when searching on Google. | All good, nothing to do. |
Verification requested | Your listing has not yet been verified by Google. So, it’s not visible online. | Use one of the validation methods available on Partoo to validate your Business's Google listing: If none of these validation methods work for you, please feel free to contact our Support team as a last resort. |
Code requested | Google sent you a code (by post, e-mail, SMS, etc.) as part of the verification process you requested. Once this code has been entered, your listing will be published on Google. | Enter the validation code that Google sent you.
If you still have not received it in the agreed upon time, contact Partoo support so that we can take care of the problem. |
Treatment in progress | Some recent edits need to be reviewed by Google to be accepted or rejected. Your listing is still visible but the edits are not yet published. | If the problem persists, contact Partoo support so we can take care of the problem. |
Duplicate listing | Your listing is not visible online because it has been recognised by Google as a duplicate of another listing already present in your account or on another account.

Status not retrieved | The status of your listing has not yet been retrieved or we have been unable to retrieve it from Google. | Contact Partoo support so we can take care of the problem. |
Suspended | Your listing has been suspended by Google. It is therefore no longer visible online. | Contact Partoo support so we can take care of the problem. Prepare a front store picture and an official document of your business to send to Partoo support. |
Disabled | Your listing has been disabled by Google. It is therefore no longer visible online. | Contact Partoo support so we can take care of the problem. Prepare a front store picture and an official document of your business to send to Partoo support. |
Finally, note that a listing may be greyed out in some cases. Please contact Partoo support so we can take care of the problem.
