The pin is the marker that shows the exact geographical position of your establishment on Google Maps. Even if your address is entered correctly, the pin can sometimes appear in the wrong location — redirecting customers to the wrong place.
How can I change the pin of my establishment?
To change the pin of your establishment, log in to your Partoo platform.
Select the establishment with the pin incorrectly positioned.
Click on the arrow next to the name of your business.
The map will appear with the address of your establishment.
Move the red pin to the right position of your establishment.
Click on "Save".
Partoo will send the correct GPS coordinates to Google on your behalf. Changes to the establishment's address or pin position usually take about 10 minutes to show up. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days. Learn more about pending review edits.
The pin is correct on Partoo but not on Google.
If you have access to the listing on Google from your Google account, you can check if the modification of the pin is still in pending review.
If you have made the modification after the potential delay written on the Google listing's back office, you will have
to prepare a front store picture and an official document of the establishment and send it to Partoo Support team using the chat or contact them by email at support@partoo.fr
