Connect your Google Business Profiles to Partoo to automatically update your information. If you want to create new businesses on Partoo directly from your Google listings, you can use our import feature.
Warning: To do this, you must have an active Google Business Profile. If you don't, we invite you to contact our support so that they can help you create one.
1 - Import your Google Account
This is the first step, in order to access your Google records from Partoo, you need to import your Google account:
Login to your Partoo account
Click on "Settings", the ⚙️ icon at the bottom left of your screen
Click on "Configuration" on the left menu, then click on "Connections"
Click on the + at the top right of the screen
Select "Continue with Google"
Enter your Google email and password
2 - How to connect your Google Business Profile and import your information?
Connect your Google Business Profile to the corresponding establishment on Partoo. To do this, please:
Login to Partoo
Go to the information editing interface of the business concerned
Click on the Google "Connect" button at the top right of the page
Search the establishment and click on "Connect"
Check the information you want to import to Partoo during the partner connection.
⚠️ If you have already entered data on Partoo, it will be overwritten by the data imported from Google.
Click on "Connect and update"
Your page is now connected to Partoo! 🎉🎊
You can also use a second method:
Login to Partoo
Click on "Settings", the ⚙️ icon at the bottom left of your screen
Click on "Configuration" on the left menu, then click on "Connections"
Search the establishment and click on "Connect"
Search for the Google My Business listing you want to partner with
Check the information you want to import to Partoo during the partner connection - ⚠️ If you have already entered data on Partoo, it will be overwritten by the data imported from Google.
Click on "Connect and update"
Your page is now connected to Partoo! 🎉🎊
3 - How to delete a previously established connection?
We all make mistakes, so Partoo offers you the possibility to cancel a connection that is no longer valid, or that was made by mistake:
Log in to your Partoo account
Click on "Settings", the ⚙️ icon at the bottom left of your screen
Click on "Configuration" on the left menu, then click on "Connections"
Select the establishment you wish to disconnect
Click on "Disconnect"
4 - How to delete a Google account?
If you wish yo delete an account that has already been imported to Partoo because it's no longer useful or because the person associated to the account doesn't work there anymore:
Click on "Settings", the ⚙️ icon at the bottom left of your screen
Click on "Configuration" on the left menu, then click on "Connections"
Click on "Manage accounts"
Click on the 🗑 icon next to the account you wish to delete
Click on "Disconnect" to confirm
