How to connect your Facebook page to Partoo?

Connect your Facebook pages to Partoo, update your information and manage Facebook Messenger.

By connecting your Facebook page to Partoo, you will be able to update all your information automatically. Besides, it is a requisite to connect your Facebook page in order to manage your Facebook and Instagram messages, and to share posts on both platforms from Partoo.

What information can I update via Partoo?

This is the information you can modify if you connect your pages to Partoo:

  • Address

  • Categories

  • Phone

  • Email

  • Website

  • Description

  • Opening hours

How do I connect my Facebook page to Partoo?

Follow these steps to connect your page to Partoo.

1 - Import your Facebook account

If you want to import your Facebook and Instagram accounts, make sure that both accounts are successfully connected. Read this article to learn how.

In order to connect your pages to Partoo, you must first import your Facebook account:

  • Log into Partoo

  • Click on the avatar at the top right of your page

  • Click on the Settings button, then click on Platforms

  • Click on Connections, then click on the + in the top right corner

  • Select "Continue with Facebook"

  • Enter your username and password

  • Click OK when the import is complete

Your Facebook account has been successfully imported!

2 - Connect your Facebook page

All you have to do now is to connect your page to the right business on Partoo. To do this, please:

  • Log in to Partoo

  • Go to the information editing interface of the business concerned

  • Click on the Facebook "Connect" button at the top right of the page

  • You will be redirected to the Settings, click on the Facebook button

  • Select the business you wish to connect to the Facebook page

  • Click on "Connect" Facebook

  • Enter or select the associated Facebook page

  • Click on "Connect and update".

Your page is now connected to Partoo! 🎉🎊

You can follow this other method as well:

  • Click on the avatar at the top right of your page

  • Click on Settings, then click on Platforms

  • In the Connections section, search the relevant location and click on Connect with the Facebook logo on the right of the business to connect

  • Enter the associated Facebook page or select it

  • Click on "Connect and update"

Your page is now connected to Partoo! 🎉🎊

If your connection with Facebook is lost, an alert banner will show up in your application. Please follow the steps outlined in this article to resolve it.

3- How to connect multiple Facebook pages on Partoo

  • Click on the avatar at the top right of your page

  • Click on Settings, then click on Platforms

  • In the Connections tab, click on Quick connect

  • Select "Facebook"

  • Check the box to connect all your Facebook pages

4 - Delete a connected page

If you made a mistake, you can simply disconnect a page that's already linked to Partoo:

  • Click on the avatar at the top right of your page

  • Click on Settings, then click on Platforms

  • In the Connections tab, select the business you wish to disconnect from your Facebook page

  • Select the business you want to disconnect from your Facebook page

  • Click on "Disconnect"

5 - Update your Facebook account

If you added a Facebook page to your account after you imported it to Partoo, you will need to update it to connect the newly created page to the corresponding business:

  • Click on the avatar at the top right of your page

  • Click on Settings, then click on Platforms

  • In the Connections tab, click on Manage accounts

  • Click on "Publisher", then select Facebook

  • Select your Facebook account on the top right

  • Click on the 🔄 icon next to the account

  • Click on OK when the import is finished

6 - Delete a Facebook account

If you want to delete an imported account on Partoo because it's no longer useful or because the person associated to the account doesn't work for the company anymore:

  • Click on the avatar at the top right of your page

  • Click on Settings, then click on Platforms

  • In the Connections tab, click on Manage accounts

  • Click on Publisher, then select Facebook

  • Click on the 🗑 icon right next to the account

  • Click on Disconnect to actually delete it
