From the Partoo app, you can add photos to your Business profiles. This can be done profile by profile or simultaneously on different profiles of your Businesses in just a few clicks.
How to add a photo on Partoo?
You can add photos from a Business profile. On the "My Business" page, 3 types of photos can be added:
A main photo;
A logo;
Other additional photos of your Business.
Add a main photo
From the "Businesses" tab, select the Business from the list on which you want to add a photo.
At the top of your Business page, click on "Add a main photo".
Add a photo by dragging it onto the upload window. Imported photos must be in jpeg, jpg, or png format (under 10 MB).
Click "Save" to confirm your choice.
Add a logo
Click on the logo bubble below your main photo.

Add secondary photos
Go to the "Introduce Yourself" section.
Click "Add your first photos".
Add your photos.
Before saving, you can also set certain photos as main photo or logo.
Click on the photo in question then on the pencil icon.
At the bottom right of the photo, click either "Set as main photo" or "Set as logo".
Click "Save".
How to add photos simultaneously to several of my Business profiles?
From the "Businesses" tab, select the Businesses to which you want to add photos by checking the boxes on the left. You can also use the “Groups” filters to select the Businesses beforehand.
A banner then appears to inform you of the number of selected profiles. Click "Select All" from this same banner if you want to select all your profiles.
💡 Note that a multiple selection box is also available at the top left of your Businesses list to select all your Businesses.
Once your selection is made, click "Edit", then "Photos".
Confirm your choice to add photos to the selected profiles. The changes are then saved. Before saving your choice, as seen previously, you can also set the photos to add as main photo or logo.
NB: If your Businesses already have main photos or a logo, and you modify them, the old photos will be saved in the secondary photos of the Business.
Click "Save".
Why are my photos added on Partoo not visible on Google?
You have added or updated photos for your Business from the Partoo interface, but they do not yet appear on your Google Business Profile?
No worries, synchronization between Partoo and Google is usually very fast, but several factors can explain this delay. Here are the 3 most common cases and how to resolve them.
1. Your Google profile is not yet verified
For Google to accept and display photos sent by Partoo, your Google Business Profile must be officially verified (via the code received by mail, SMS, video, or phone).
Why? Google blocks the publication of content (photos, hours, posts) until the ownership of the Business is confirmed.
What to do?
Check the status of your profile on the Partoo interface.
If the profile appears as "Not verified" or "Pending verification", complete the verification process required by Google.
Once the profile is verified, your photos will synchronize automatically.
2. Photos are being published/verified by Google
Even when your profile is verified, Google applies a review delay to the media submitted.
Why? Google runs each image through an automatic moderation algorithm to check that it complies with its publishing rules (format, quality, appropriate content, copyright). This can take from a few hours up to 48 hours.
How to check? If you have access to the Google Business Profile back office:
Log in to your Google Business account.
Search for your Business's Google profile.
Go to the Photos section.
Check if your images appear there with a particular status (for example, Under review or Not approved).
Note: If the photo appears in your Google back office but not yet in public search results, it is simply an indexing delay. Please wait up to 48 hours.
3. A transmission error between Partoo and Google
In rare cases, a technical problem or a non-compliant image format prevents the proper transmission of the photo between Partoo and Google's API.
Why?
The file does not meet Google's technical criteria (e.g., image too large, resolution too low, unsupported format like WebP or incompatible PNG).
The connection between Partoo and your Google account was temporarily interrupted (need to reauthorize access).
What to do?
Make sure your photo meets the standards (format JPG or PNG, size under 5 MB, recommended minimum resolution of 720x720 pixels).
Delete and then re-upload the photo in the Partoo interface.
If the problem persists or if an error message appears on Partoo, contact our support team via the chat at the bottom right of your screen.
Your photos still don't show after 48 hours?
If your profile is verified, your images meet the criteria, and no error is reported, do not hesitate to contact Partoo support specifying the name of the Business concerned and the photo(s) involved.
