Jim automates up to 90% of conversations on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and SMS using AI. It provides accurate responses based on:
Your location data: opening hours, descriptions, and contact details from the Partoo database.
A customized FAQ: easily configurable in Partoo in text format.
How to Set Up Your AI Chatbot Jim?
Go to your Messages settings in your Partoo account, in the "Automations" section, click on "Jim - AI Chatbot";
Click "Create a chatbot" in the top right corner;
To change the chatbot title, click on the pen icon;
Then, follow these steps to configure Jim, your AI agent:
STEP 1: Select the Businesses or Brands Where You Want to Activate Jim
Jim will respond to messages coming from WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and SMS channels connected to the selected businesses.
STEP 2: Enrich Jim’s Knowledge Base
Expand the knowledge base Jim relies on to answer customer questions.
I Manually add knowledge:
Click "Add a question";
Enter a question or a key topic;
Provide the associated answer;
Click "Confirm".
Edit a question: Click on the question you want to modify. You can update the title and the answer, then click "Confirm".
Delete a question: Click on "Delete", represented by the trash bin icon.
II. Bulk Add Knowledge:
Click on "Import CSV";
Click on "Import my FAQs", then click on "Download a CSV sample";
Fill in the file with your questions and answers in the following format:
[Question1, Answer1] in the same cell,
[Question2, Answer2] in the cell below, and so on.
Click on "Download or drop here", then add your CSV file;
Check the box "I confirm that my current FAQs will be overwritten by the ones in my newly imported CSV";
Click "Confirm".
To bulk edit your FAQs:
Click on "Import CSV";
Click on "Export my current FAQs";
Edit the file and re-import it following the process above.

STEP 3: Define Jim’s Communication Style
Select Jim’s tone of voice: Friendly, Casual, or Professional;
Define the welcome message visitors will receive;
Click "Confirm".
STEP 4: Provide Specific Instructions for Jim
1. Customize the Transfer Message sent when :
Jim doesn’t have the answer;
The user requests to speak with a human;
A specific case defined in your instructions occurs;
You have two options:
Inform the user that a team member will follow up (a person from your business must then respond to transferred messages in Partoo).
Redirect the user to another communication channel (e.g., a phone number or email address).
When Jim transfers a conversation, you receive a notification in Partoo.
2. Provide Specific Instructions for Jim
This free-text field allows you to define detailed guidelines for Jim in the form of a prompt.
You can specify:
Objectives (e.g., what Jim should achieve).
Scenarios (e.g., handling complaints, booking appointments).
Transfer rules (e.g., when Jim should escalate a conversation to a human).
Any other relevant information to automate as many conversations as possible.
Once your prompt is ready, click "Confirm".
STEP 5: Test Jim’s Responses
Test your chatbot directly from Jim’s configuration page using the Preview panel on the right.
Ask questions as if you were a customer.
Observe Jim’s responses.
Adjust the instructions and knowledge base based on test results.
STEP 6: Activate Jim
Once configuration and testing are complete, click "Activate" to launch Jim.
Jim will now handle conversations across all selected businesses and platforms connected to Partoo!

How to Modify, Duplicate, or Delete a Chatbot?
Go to your Messages settings in your Partoo account.
In the "Automations" section, click on "Jim - AI Chatbot".
Click the three dots next to the chatbot you want to modify, duplicate, or delete.
Select "Edit", "Duplicate", or "Delete".
