How do I fill in the Partoo Diffusion Excel template?

Presentation of the template :

  • The diffusion template is a blank Excel template that you can use to send us information about your Businesses.

  • The columns of the document contain all the fields that we can send to our distribution sites. In the 5th line, you will find the rules for each column.

Each line of the document corresponds to one of your Businesses.

  • Once you have completed your template, you can send it to your Onboarding Manager, who

    • will ensure that it is integrated into Partoo

    • can audit the Listings on Google.

Data marked with an * is mandatory for creating a Business on Partoo

  • Org id: This is your company's identifier in the Partoo database and should not be filled in.

  • Name of your Business*: this is the name as displayed on the front of your Business. It must also correspond to the name on the Business's official documents (Kbis or invoice). It is advisable to avoid adding keywords to the name, as they are not accepted by Google: adding a keyword to the name goes against Google's rules. Furthermore, it can also harm your Business's SEO.

    • If your Google Listing is flagged as a duplicate or is suspended by Google, it will be impossible to reinstate it if the name of your Business does not comply with Google's rules.

  • Siret : it corresponds to Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS).

  • Business address* : The most precise main address of your Businesses.

  • Additional address: the additional postal address of your Business (e.g. Commercial Activity Zone, locality, building, etc.) Please note: do not enter a cedex or post office box, as these are not accepted by our distribution sites.

  • City*

  • Postcode

  • Country code*: code of the country in which your Business is located, two capital letters (e.g., FR)

  • GPS coordinates: if your Business is located at an imprecise address, please indicate your GPS coordinates.


Opening times and exceptional opening times:

  • Hours: these must follow the following format: 08:30-19:00. In the event of a break, the format must be as follows: 08:30-12:30, 14:00-19:00.

  • Specific opening times: the format must be as follows: 2025-12-25: 08:30-12:30, 14:00-19:00 (YY-MM-DD: HH:HH-HH:HH).

    • In the case of an exceptional opening where the Business is open 24 hours a day, please only indicate the day in the format (YY-MM-DD).

    • If your Business needs to be open on more than one day, please separate them with a semicolon ‘;’.

  • Specific closing times: the format is 2025-12-25 (YY-MM-DD).

    • If your Business will be closed for several days, please separate them with a semicolon ‘;’.

*YY= Year, MM= Month, DD= Day, HH= Hour.

We advise you to indicate the opening and closing times for all public holidays in the current year.

  • If your opening times remain the same for the public holiday, you must indicate this in the 'Specific openings times' column.

  • If your business is closed for the public holiday, you must indicate this in the 'specific closing times' column.


Main category and secondary categories :

Categories allow you to specify to users the activities offered by your Business(es). It is not possible to create categories on Google: you can find more information on Google categories in this article: https://support.google.com/business/answer/7249669?hl=en

  • Main category*: The category you choose will be the one visible when a user searches for your Business.

  • Additional categories: choose several related to your Business's main activity for greater SEO impact. You can enter up to nine categories.

  • Phone: required to be listed in directories. Use the international format: +33123456789

  • Email address: the format must be xxx@xxxx.xx


Description:

  • Short description: max 80 characters, including spaces.

  • Long description: max 255 characters, including spaces. It cannot contain a URL.


External links :

  • Website URL: the link to the ‘shop page’ of the Business in question on your store locator, if you have one; otherwise, directly from your store locator or website. Please note: the link must begin with ‘https://www’ to be accepted.

  • Facebook URL: a link to your Business's Facebook page (local Facebook page), or your brand's Facebook page. In the same way as the website URL, the link should begin with http://www. or https:/www. A link to the posts section of the page is not accepted.

  • Twitter URL: a link to your brand's X page. The link to the posts section of the page is not accepted.


Photos :

Types of photos accepted:

  • The photo must be in JPG or PNG format

  • Photos must be less than 5MB in size

  • The minimum resolution is 350px (height) by 350px (width)

  • The link must begin with http:// or https://

  • Logo URL: a URL link to your brand's logo

  • Cover photo URL: a URL link to the main photo of your Business

  • Photos URL: the various links must be separated by a comma ‘,’.
