Understand your results and view your key data wherever you are!

The Analytics section of the Partoo mobile app allows you to track and understand the local performance of your establishments at any time, directly from your smartphone.

Thanks to its simple and visual interface, you can quickly access your main indicators for visibility and reputation to effectively manage your business.

Easily Access Your Statistics

From the Partoo mobile app:

  1. Tap the analytics tab in the main menu

  2. Select the desidered analysis period

  3. View your overall performance or by location

Discover your Key Indicators

The data is grouped into three main pillars:

Visibility

  • Queries: number of times your locations were found on Google

  • Views: number of views on your location pages

  • Actions: number of interactions on your listings (calls, direction requests, website visits, etc.)

Reputation

  • Number of reviews received

  • Average rating

  • Review response rate

  • Statistics related to review collection with the Review Booster product: number of SMS sent, number of clicks on the link, and number of QR codes scanned

Messages

  • Total number of conversations received

  • Average response time

  • Message volume by channel (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Surveys

The Surveys tab gives you access to your customer satisfaction metrics directly from your mobile. The experience adapts automatically depending on the number of outlets you manage.

You manage a single outlet

You go straight to your outlet's KPIs:

  • NPS score and CSAT score

  • Number of responses received

  • Average response time

  • Customer comments

Each comment displays the customer's first name, survey name, NPS score, date received, response status (replied or not replied), and a preview of the comment.

You manage multiple outlets

You land first on an aggregated view covering all your outlets:

  • Average NPS and average CSAT

  • Total number of responses received

  • Average response time

  • A ranking of your outlets by NPS or CSAT, with a colour code to quickly identify outlets that are improving (green) or struggling (red for NPS, orange for CSAT)

  • "Actions required" block: highlights outlets whose NPS has dropped compared to the previous month, ranked from the largest to the smallest gap

By selecting one or more outlets from the filters, you access the detailed view with the same KPIs and the associated customer comments.

Review Analysis

The Review Analysis tab is available exclusively if you have subscribed to the RM+ plan. It gives you an at-a-glance view of what customers appreciate about your business and what they flag as areas for improvement, based on an analysis of your reviews.

To access the analysis:

1. From the Statistics page, tap the "Review Analysis" tab

2. Select the business or group you want to analyse using the dedicated filter. Only one business or group can be selected at a time.

3. Choose your analysis period: data covers the last 3, 6, or 12 months depending on the volume of reviews available.

The analysis displays up to 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses for your business. Each point shows the percentage of customer reviews linked to that topic, so you can quickly identify the most significant themes.

Explore the details of a strength or weakness

Tapping on a strength or weakness opens a detailed page that includes:

  • A qualitative summary generated by our AI agent Jim, explaining why this topic is considered a strength or a weakness

  • The number of reviews the analysis is based on, along with their average rating

  • Associated subtopics, for a more precise understanding of the reasons behind each point

  • A selection of the most representative customer comments. Tap a comment to open the full review.

  • A "See all reviews" button to view all reviews linked to this topic, on the Reviews page.

Please note

At least 20 reviews are required for the selected period to generate the analysis. If this threshold is not met, a message explains why the analysis is unavailable and encourages you to collect more reviews. If you have the Review Booster product, the available review collection methods (SMS, QR code, link) are suggested directly.

The analysis is updated automatically each quarter. Configuration settings (enabling tags, choosing the display language) is managed from the desktop version by your administrator.

Understand Your Results

  • Each metric includes an explanatory text to help you interpret your performance

  • Identify trends (increase, decrease, stability) over the selected period

  • Spot strengths and areas for improvement for your establishments

Access More Details on Desktop

At the bottom of each page, a box allows you to access the desktop version to view:

  • More detailed analyses

  • Internal performance rankings

  • Comparisons between locations
