In Partoo, you can identify listings with connection issues in several sections:
On the homepage
In the list of businesses
On the business editing page
On a dedicated page: Settings > Platforms > Google
This page groups all listings with an issue together for simple and centralised tracking.
Prerequisites for verifying a listing via video
Before starting the verification, ensure that:
You are physically on-site
You have (or can obtain) access to the Google listing
You have a smartphone available to record the video requested by Google
Scenarios and what to do
1️⃣ You are on-site and you already have access to the Google listing
✅ You can launch the verification immediately:
Go to Settings > Platforms > Google
Click on Verify the listing
Confirm that you are on-site
Indicate that you have access to the listing
Access the instructions and QR codes
Complete the video verification
2️⃣ You are on-site but you do not have access to the Google listing
➡️ You can request access directly from Partoo:
Click on Verify the listing
Indicate that you are on-site
Indicate that you do not have access to the listing
Sync a Google account (or select one already connected)
Send an access request to an administrator
📩 You will be notified by email once the request has been approved or declined.
3️⃣ You are not on-site
🚫Video verification is not possible remotely.
You must be physically present at the establishment to continue.
4️⃣ You receive an invitation to verify a listing
An administrator can invite you to verify a listing:
Open the invitation email and click the link
Log in to Partoo
Sync a Google account (if necessary)
Partoo automatically manages the Google invitation
Access the instructions and QR codes
Complete the video verification
