How to edit the expeditor name and the text message on the Review Booster?

You can edit the sender's name and the body of your text message via the Review Booster page before sending it to your customer.


How do I edit the sender name?

Simply follow these steps:
1. Log into your Partoo account
2. Click on 'Reviews'
3. Click on 'Send an invitation'
4. Click on the 🖌 icon right next to the customer's name
5. Change the sender's name


⚠️ Please note that you cannot exceed 11 characters.

How do I edit the body of my text message?

You can edit the body of your text message by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Partoo account
2. Click on 'Reviews'
3. Click on 'Send an invitation'
4. Click on the 🖌 text icon
5. Edit the text directly.


⚠️ Please note, there is a limit of 250 characters and the 'link to review' tag is mandatory in order for the text message to be sent.
