With Partoo's Review Management you can to manage your Google, Facebook, and TripAdvisor reviews centrally.
For more responsiveness, we advise you to reply to your reviews directly from your smartphone using the Partoo mobile application. More information about it here.
How often are reviews fetched ?
Reviews posted on Google Business Profile are retrieved instantly, and those posted on Facebook and TripAdvisor are retrieved daily.
If a review is posted when you are on the Review Management page, a blue button will appear at the top of the review list with the notification "X unseen reviews". Click on it to view new reviews.
How do I respond to reviews?
Go to the "Conversations" section represented by the 💬 symbol and then "Review List".
You can filter your reviews by date, rating, platform, with or without comments to display the reviews of your choice. In the search bar, you can also search for your reviews by keyword or the name of the person who posted the review.
To reply, you have several options:
Write your response manually.
Click on "Reply Template" ⚡️ to use a reply template (check out this article to learn more about response templates).
Click on "AI Assistant" ✨ to generate response suggestions through artificial intelligence (check out this article to learn more about the AI Assistant).
Automatically 🤖 by activating automatic responses to desired reviews, with or without comments, and positive, neutral, and/or negative reviews (check out this article to learn more about automatic responses).
Click on Send, the button on the right.
How do I download my reviews?
To download the reviews, just click on the button Download reviews at the top right of your screen.
⚠️ If you have previously filtered the reviews by establishments and/or other criteria, the filter will apply when you download them. You can even download the extract of your reviews by email from the Partoo interface!
