What is the completion score?

The completion score represents the information fill rate of a Business. The higher this score, the more likely the Business listing will appear higher in search results.

This score allows you to easily see your progress margin to maximize the visibility of your Business. It consists of three levels:

  • Very good (green) for Business listings with a completion score above 66%.

  • Good (orange) for Business listings with a completion score between 33% and 66%.

  • Low (red) for Business listings with a completion score below 33%.

How to get your completion score?

If you manage multiple Businesses, go to your Business list. Find the overall completion score for all your Businesses at the top.

The total completion score adapts to filters applied in the Status, Listing, and Subscriptions sections.

You can then:

  • Sort your Businesses by completion level by clicking the “Completion” column header.

  • Filter your Businesses by completion level (To improve, Good, or Very good) by clicking the desired badge.

  • Filter your Businesses by Status (open / closed) by going to the filters.

  • Filter your Businesses by subscribed Services (Présence, Review, Review Booster) by going to the filters.

  • Filter your Businesses by tasks to complete such as adding photos from the filters tab.

To edit the information of one of your Businesses, simply click on it.

How to improve your completion score?

On your Business management page, the information you are advised to add or update is highlighted in orange. Click on these fields to edit them and thus improve your Business visibility.

💡 If your completion score needs improvement, it will be visible from your “Home” tab in “To do today” grouping the tasks to be done.

What is the impact of each piece of information on the completion score?

As mentioned earlier, adding certain information will have more impact than others:

1. Necessary information for publication:

No referencing is possible if any of this information is missing:

  • Business name

  • Main category

  • Address

  • Postal code

  • Country

  • Phone number

2. optimisation information:

Here is a classification of the different information based on their impact on your Business completion score (and therefore on its visibility):

Very strong impact:

  • Hours

  • Special hours

  • Main photo

  • Logo

Strong impact:

  • Short description (maximum 80 characters)

  • Long description (maximum 255 characters)

  • Additional categories (maximum 9 categories)

  • Website

  • Additional photos

  • Menu (reserved for eligible categories such as bars, restaurants, etc.)

You got it, the more information you provide, the higher your completion score will be 🤓
