To be visible on Google, a Google Business Profile listing must be verified. Without this verification, Google will not display the listing in the search results.

Partoo now allows you to:

  • launch a video recording verification directly from the platform,

  • share access with an on-site collaborator if you cannot perform the verification yourself,

  • easily track and manage access requests related to the verification.

Before you begin: important information

ℹ️ Only unverified listings can be resolved directly from Partoo.

For Suspended, Disabled, or Duplicate listings, you will need to contact Partoo support or complete the process through your Google Business Profile account.

Prerequisites for verifying a listing via video

Before launching the verification, ensure that:

  • you are physically on-site,

  • you have (or can obtain) access to the Google listing,

  • you have a smartphone available to record the video requested by Google.
