How does your Partoo homepage work?

Pilot your visibility, your online reputation and your conversations from a centralized page.

The home page enables Partoo users to effectively manage their visibility, e-reputation and interactions with their customers: it gives you an at-a-glance overview of the state of your network and suggests quick actions to improve its performance.

To access the home page, click on the 'Home' tab in the left-hand side navigation bar, represented by 4 small squares. The home page is personalised according to :

  • the products you have subscribed to ;

  • the roles/permissions granted: an admin role gives you access to information about all your businesses, a business manager will only have access to monitoring for his or her business.

The home page centralises 3 elements:

  • Quick actions: access shortcuts to the 4 most common functions from the home page:

    • collect reviews ;

    • create a post

    • add photos;

    • add a business.

  • A list of actions to take: be alerted to important actions to take:

    • new reviews to reply to,

    • pending messages,

    • completion of your listings,

    • lost connections.

  • Statistics on your performance: monitor the performance indicators for your Partoo product:

    • Visibility of your business: searches carried out to find your businesses;

    • Reputation: your Google score for your businesses;

    • Conversations: the average response time to messages received.
